Job Summary
Lead and inspire the Scunthorpe store team to deliver a customer-obsessed shopping experience that supports individuality and drives sales. You will be fully accountable for store performance by collaborating with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall results. Manage inventory, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently while maintaining a fun, collaborative atmosphere. This role requires previous store or deputy management experience, a track record of exceeding KPIs, and strong commercial acumen. Schedule and hours are flexible to match store output needs.
