Store Manager

Store Manager at Loving Cup LLC (franchise of Scooter’s Coffee): Lead a high-energy, customer-focused store by coaching and inspiring a team of baristas, managing scheduling and daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and quality, and driving performance while embodying Scooter’s Coffee values. The role includes hiring, training, coaching, mentoring teammates, overseeing store standards, and delivering operational excellence.
