Store Manager

Manage and maximize store sales by achieving assigned goals through hands-on coaching of associates in selling, merchandising, and marketing. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team while overseeing day-to-day operational management, including strict inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards. Ensure total compliance with organizational protocols and execute administrative duties assigned by senior leadership. This full-time exempt role requires consistent weekend availability and presence during holiday events. Candidates must bring 3 to 5 years of luxury retail management experience and demonstrate inspirational leadership capabilities.
