Store Manager

Store Manager responsible for planning, directing and controlling store operations, supervising all employees, and overseeing hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and training. Manages product ordering, merchandising, inventory, and losses; drives sales, analyzes financial statements (profit and loss) to set objectives, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and collective bargaining agreement (if applicable). Requires strong leadership, interpersonal skills, budgeting and scheduling abilities, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Word; travel to and from work up to 1 hour. Oversees development and enforcement of store policies and procedures and coordinates with vendors and staff to maintain profitable operations.
