Job Summary
Store Manager at SMCP (Sandro & Maje) at Bloomingdale's Huntington NY leading a boutique with a people-first, client-centric approach. Responsibilities include talent recruitment and development, coaching and mentoring the team, delivering exceptional customer experiences through clienteling, driving KPIs (commercial target, conversion, UPT, average basket size, appointment sales, inventory control), and ensuring seamless front- and back-of-house operations. Acts as brand ambassador, aligns with corporate initiatives, collaborates with headquarters, and drives strategic store performance. Requires leadership in a luxury retail environment, strong coaching and communication skills, talent attraction, and a high-touch, personalized shopping experience for clients.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of supervisory experience
- experience managing in a commission environment is a plus
