Job Summary
Store Manager at Dolce & Gabbana Outlet in San Marcos. Oversees all facets of boutique operations, drives sales performance by planning, daily management, and client-development initiatives; ensures an elevated luxury client experience through coaching and adherence to service standards; leads stock planning, replenishment, and visual presentation; recruits and develops talent, conducts regular team meetings, and coordinates training (25% of role) in product knowledge, service excellence, systems, and procedures; maintains proactive communication with corporate partners and leadership to align priorities and drive store performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of high volume retail management experience; luxury experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven leadership, coaching, and development abilities
- Excellent communication and ability to motivate a team
- Scheduling, training, and operational procedures experience
