Manage store operations and talent to ensure every customer receives a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. Oversee sales goals, maintain assigned budgets, control expenses, and manage inventory while protecting customers, associates, and store assets through strict adherence to safety, security, and company policies. Keep the store looking its best and drive team development as a role model and coach. Requires at least three years of customer service/retail sales experience, one year of sales management experience, and operational/financial management skills. Must be 18 years or older with a passion for hair and beauty; cosmetology license is a plus. Involves physical exertion including long periods standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional exposure to fumes.
