Job Summary
As a Store Manager at Sally Beauty, you will manage talent and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include overseeing all store operations to meet sales goals, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, maintain store appearance, and protect store assets. A passion for hair and beauty, along with a proven track record in retail sales and management, is essential for this role. Candidates should have at least 3 years of customer service experience, 1-year management experience, and ideally possess a cosmetology license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Cosmetology license
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
