Store Manager - Sales Manager

Lead retail store and commercial sales activities to achieve sales and profit goals. Positively contribute to growth and development of team through training communication, recognition and support. Duties include demonstrating and executing commercial and retail selling programs, generating leads for commercial customers via in-store prospecting and telemarketing, providing service and follow-up to commercial customers, arranging deliveries, developing and supervising Assistant Managers and Store Associates, providing training and coaching, conducting evaluations, enforcing safety rules and company policies, and ensuring staffing flexibility to meet business needs. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of retail management experience with outside sales, strong communication skills, the ability to handle confrontational situations calmly, multitasking, technical aptitude with electronics, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including peak seasons and multiple locations.
