Job Summary
Store Manager leads the store's sales team to achieve targets and deliver customer care excellence. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring sales staff, expanding business with existing customers, handling escalated service issues, and ensuring Store Operational Excellence (SOE). Licensing/training with ongoing mentorship is provided, with emphasis on personal lines or property & casualty knowledge, bilingual English-Spanish preferred, and a college degree or equivalent experience. The role offers inbound leads and walk-in traffic, base pay plus uncapped commissions, bonuses and incentives, comprehensive benefits, 401K with company match, and sign-on bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
