Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading a single-unit retail operation, ensuring policy and legal compliance, training staff, maintaining a clean and organized store, driving sales and profits, executing merchandising programs (including plan-o-gram integrity), managing safety and incident response, and completing timely store reporting and performance appraisals; requires supervisory experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and willingness to work a 50-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Retail / Customer service experience
- Completion of the Assistant Store Manager Training program and other required Company training programs and required certifications
- Knowledge of all types of store transactions and related programs
- Good understanding of Company systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of retail business management practices
