Job Summary
Store Manager oversees daily operations of a Classen Curve ear piercing studio, delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a team including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, driving sales, managing inventory and safety compliance, training staff, scheduling, and collaborating with corporate on marketing and store initiatives. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere, coaching staff to meet studio targets, ensuring POS accuracy and loss prevention, maintaining brand standards, and optimizing appointments and merchandising to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Retail management experience 3-5 years
- Proven strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Customer-obsessed with exceptional customer service
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to piercing is a plus
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient with Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Documents)
- Ability to drive sales and meet / exceed targets
- Experience training and developing staff
- Ability to manage payroll and scheduling
