Store Manager

Lead all aspects of store operations by staffing, training, and developing leadership teams to deliver sales and profit results. Manage Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor functions to ensure timely merchandise flow, proper receiving, and expense control through best practices. Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and address variances to company standards with appropriate action plans. Recruit, hire, and train Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors, and Associates while reducing turnover through incentive programs and retention tools. Supervise retail associates across registers, customer service desks, and the sales floor to execute customer service and merchandise presentation programs. Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment by enforcing safety policies, emergency procedures, and loss prevention training. Lead the annual inventory process, manage payroll administration, and ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations. Work evenings and weekends to support business objectives.
