Job Summary
Manage the overall daily operations of the Rockwall, TX store, including hiring, discipline, scheduling, and cost-effective execution of store objectives. Direct store activities by approving supply and expense expenditures, conducting physical and annual inventories, and managing inventory processes such as cycle counting and shipping. Recruit, select, and onboard team members while developing performance evaluations and addressing guest concerns that require leadership intervention. Plan and conduct regular store meetings, delegate duties, and monitor compliance with company policies and governmental regulations. Assume duties of the Assistant Manager in their absence and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- three years of retail management experience
- Knowledge of budgeting
- Knowledge of inventory control
- Knowledge of visual presentation techniques
- Ability to direct the activities of the retail stores to achieve optimal results
- Ability to consistently maintain a driving record that meets insurance company requirements
- Pass a background check
- Pass an alcohol, controlled substance, and illegal drug screen that meets Company standards
