Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in leading Knix’s store operations and team at Vancouver (Robson). Drive store performance through clienteling, floor leadership during peak moments, and coaching of Key Leads and Sales Associates to meet needs-based service standards. Lead impactful floor meetings, training, and coaching to align sales, service, and operational performance; champion a customer-first culture; maintain inventory accuracy and loss-prevention practices; support hiring and onboarding; execute company initiatives, in-store events, and visual standards; contribute to a high-energy, high-performance environment with strong business acumen and KPIs (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT).
Required Qualifications
- Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25 lbs
- Open and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience as a senior retail leader in upscale/premium/fashion-forward brand
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
- Ability to manage floor leadership, training, coaching, and performance
- Operational excellence including inventory, shipments, and loss-prevention practices
