Job Summary
Oversee the donation door to store floor process, ensuring proper stewardship and a customer-centric experience. Implement business strategies to meet forecasted sales and production plans while managing the financial and operational status of the assigned store. Enforce standard operating procedures for store presentation, organization, safety, and facility maintenance. Lead team development through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and mentoring to build a high-performing group. Conduct facility and equipment audits to ensure regulatory compliance and promote safe work practices. Manage scheduling, payroll, staffing, and expenses while driving store growth and mission integration. Maintain a consistent presence in the store, engaging with team members to seek feedback and implement marketing strategies. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of leadership experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- the ability to travel to other locations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

- Sufficient physical ability to repetitively: Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours)

- Reach (approximately 54 inches)
- Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch
- Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints
- Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
