Job Summary
Lead and manage store operations at REEDS Jewelers in a luxury jewelry environment. Drive store performance and sales growth by owning KPI achievement, leveraging sales analytics, and leading by example as a selling manager and brand ambassador. Oversee visual presentation, product mix, and promotional execution; deliver a seamless, personalized luxury client experience; build and retain a high-performing team through recruitment, training, coaching, and ongoing development. Ensure operational excellence with loss prevention, inventory control, safety, and policy adherence. Partner cross-functionally to maximize client relationships, events, and store standards while upholding REEDS’ values of integrity, excellence, stewardship, professionalism, entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, and passion.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury, specialty, or jewelry retail
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership presence and talent development capabilities
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital commerce tools
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
