Job Summary
Manage store operations and drive profitable top-line sales growth by executing best-in-class customer service techniques and maintaining clienteling standards. Train staff on all store tasks from register to stockroom, ensure cash handling and payroll integrity, and lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance coaching for associates and managers. Analyze sales reports to set strategies, build candidate pipelines, and resolve employee issues while partnering with Visual Merchandising and Buying teams on product assortment. Model rag & bone's brand philosophy to foster a positive, client-centric atmosphere. Requires 5+ years in specialty retail with 3+ years as a Store Manager; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in specialty retail
- 3+ years in a Store Manager or senior leadership role
- Strong background in clienteling and customer relationship management
- Ability to grow and retain a loyal clientele
- Hand-on experience with performance management
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success in driving sales, profitability and KPIs
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including payroll management, scheduling, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
