Job Summary
Store Manager to lead CALVIN KLEIN team at Doncaster, VIC location. Drive customer service excellence and achieve KPIs such as sales, wage budgets, Upt, conversion, average order value, shrinkage, and mystery shops. Manage stock and visual merchandising, recruit, mentor and motivate a team, and uphold strong grooming and presentation standards. Responsible for growth opportunities, brand presence across Calvin Klein/TOMMY HILFIGER, and contributing to an inclusive, diverse workplace with training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
- Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
- Strong communication and people management skills with ability to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
- Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
- Stock management and visual merchandising experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with growth opportunity identification
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
