Job Summary
Responsible for the overall performance of the store, including generating sales performance, recruiting and developing staff, and maintaining store appearance. Manage time, prioritize tasks, and supervise management and sales staff. Develop associates in product knowledge, merchandising, operations, and customer service. Control expenses, analyze business needs, and implement strategies for sales growth while maintaining high levels of customer service. Ensure adherence to company policies and safety awareness while recognizing problems, analyzing causes, and generating effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
