Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning, cleanliness, organization, and safety. Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits and reconciliation, and coordinate procurement for timely replenishment. Handle billing processes, maintain accurate records, generate sales and inventory reports, and track performance metrics to suggest improvements. Ensure appealing and strategic display of corporate gifting items, updating displays based on season, demand, or marketing campaigns while maintaining aesthetic standards. Requires 2 to 4 years of retail or warehouse experience, proficiency with billing software like Zoho, and team management capabilities. Includes PF facility and group medical insurance.
Required Qualifications
