Job Summary
Store Manager leads sales culture in a retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience and adherence to Psycho Bunny’s standards. The role emphasizes leadership and people management, building collaborative relationships across the store team, driving customer clienteling and omnichannel programs, maintaining visual directives and brand presentation, and overseeing store operations and P&L budgeting. The candidate must have at least 5 years of retail store management experience and be able to work a flexible schedule.
