Job Summary
Lead your own store by coaching a high-performing sales team to build authentic customer relationships and maximize sales opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Proven success managing a retail store and consistently delivering outstanding results
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance and make sound commercial decisions

- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills

- A polished, professional leadership style with resilience, positivity and high standards
