Job Summary
Lead, train and supervise store staff; develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability; manage inventory, merchandising and product presentation; ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulatory procedures; handle customer inquiries to ensure a positive guest experience; collaborate with ownership and senior management on planning and goal setting; support marketing initiatives, special events, and community engagement; implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and address labor challenges; maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment across all retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of Retail Management experience
- Strong Leadership, communication and team building skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with retail technology and POS systems
- Customer-Focused, adaptable, ethical and results driven
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture and local food systems is a plus
