Job Summary
Set store vision and direction while acting as a role model to drive continuous improvement and strategic goals. Maximize sales and maintain store standards by managing inventory, coaching teams to move product, and benchmarking against competitors to support strategic planning. Own resource planning and scheduling to deliver the right people in the right place at the right time within agreed budgets, while developing high-performing teams and future leaders. Analyze reports to guide commercial performance and achieve sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service and store standards. Requires 5 years prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong leadership and planning skills.

- 5 years prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- excellent leadership and people management skills with experience in developing high performing teams and future leaders
- ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve commercial performance
- ability to engage and influence stakeholders and act as a role model to motivate and inspire a team that exudes confidence and enthusiasm
- demonstrated experience in empowering and enabling a team to deliver excellent customer service and store standards while maintaining effectiveness and focus on customer needs
- strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work to agreed timescales
- ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and hourly colleagues in English to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safety instructions and lead teams as a manager daily and in emergencies
- ability to provide amazing customer service in English, which includes being able to orally communicate with customers in English and monitor the performance of English-speaking colleagues whose job duties require communication with customers
