Job Summary
Oversee daily shop operations including scheduling, workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships while managing P&L accountability for labor, parts margin, and controllable expenses. Lead team hiring, coaching, and performance standards for technicians and service advisors, ensuring consistent dependability and hospitality from arrival to send-off. Handle customer escalations personally and manage local reputation through reviews and community presence. Maintain safety and compliance across the shop floor. Local to Lawrenceville/Sugarloaf required; competitive base plus performance incentives offered.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a retail store manager or assistant manager role
- Demonstrated ability to read and manage a P&L, including labor, margin, and controllable expenses
- Strong inventory and vendor management skills
- A track record of building teams that stick around and perform
- Someone who treats 'customer service' as an operational discipline, not a slogan
- Comfortable holding people accountable without losing their respect
- Local to the Lawrenceville/Sugarloaf area or willing to relocate
