Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leadership to deliver outstanding customer service, achieve operating objectives and financial goals, motivate and train store team, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive sales growth. Duties include cultivating a strong customer service culture, recruiting and developing staff, coaching for career development, analyzing financial trends, supervising cash handling, managing labor and store audits, marketing within the community, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a neat store environment. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
