Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for training staff, resolving problems, and driving operational excellence across a Playa Bowls location. Core duties include coaching and developing team members, scheduling hours, managing costs and inventory to meet COGs targets, ensuring product quality and consistency, addressing customer complaints, coordinating food and beverage deliveries, overseeing food preparation and presentation to company standards, handling POS operations and cash deposits, and coordinating vendor services and equipment maintenance. Must obtain ServSafe certification before opening; availability to work all store hours including nights, holidays, and weekends. Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills are essential, as is knowledge of supply chain and personnel duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain the ServSafe certification, prior to grand opening health inspection
- Previous Managerial Experience
- Must be available to work all store operational hours including nights, holidays, & weekends
- Valid Driver’s License
