Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for achieving sales and profit plan, controlling expenses, inventory, shrinkage, and growing net contribution; focus on customer service, resolve customer issues quickly; maintain associate engagement through training, mentoring, motivating, and resolving issues; maintain understanding of local market and operations-based selling; ensure appearance of store including merchandizing is maintained; position is on-site in Madera, CA, requiring 45+ hours weekly and a valid driver\'s license; background check and drug screen required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of retail store experience
- knowledge of paint and sundries is favorable
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications
- ability to work flexible shifts and minimum 45 hours per week
- valid driver\'s license
- ability to lift up to 80 pounds infrequently and 40-60 pounds daily
- consent to background investigation, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
- authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (no visa sponsorship)
