Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for supervising and directing all store operations to maximize sales and margins, control labor and operating expenses, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with laws. Leads with Department Managers and supervisory staff to plan and organize store activities, maintains customer service standards, handles refunds and complaints, represents the company in the community, makes operational decisions on merchandising, scheduling, and budgeting, and ensures accurate checkout service and financial results.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree - General Studies
- Bachelor's Degree - General Studies
- High School Diploma - General Studies
- 5-7 years: Retail/Supermarket industry experience required
- Extensive experience in handling personnel relations or human resource management
- Food Safety Certification or other required certifications, if required
