Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for overseeing all store operations to maximize sales and margins, control labor and operating expenses, ensure compliance with laws and company policies, supervise front-end and back-end personnel, maintain customer service standards, make operational decisions on inventory, merchandising, scheduling and purchasing, and act as the company’s representative in the community. Requires leadership, budgeting, HR experience, and ability to manage financial results in a grocery/retail environment. Travel not required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree - General Studies
- Bachelor's Degree - General Studies
- High School Diploma - General Studies
- 5-7 years retail/supermarket industry experience
- Extensive experience in handling personnel relations or human resource management
- Be able to pass Food Safety Certification or other required certifications, if required.
