Job Summary
Store Manager at Pet Valu in Whistler, BC. Lead and coach a store team to deliver world-class service, help Pet Parents find the right nutrition and pet-care solutions, recruit and develop staff, schedule and supervise daily tasks, and ensure adherence to corporate standards and store procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating orders, maintaining inventory, conducting store and safety audits, handling administrative duties, supervising employees, coaching on sales techniques, and supporting community initiatives such as adoption events and partnerships with shelters. Requires strong customer service skills, ability to work weekends/evenings, experience with POS systems, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs; industry experience is an asset.
