Job Summary
Store Manager at Pet Supermarket in Woodstock, GA responsible for leading store sales and customer experience, coaching and developing the store team, ensuring animal care and store safety, managing inventory and expenses, training plans and onboarding, and executing brand standards to drive KPIs and profitability. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in a retail manager role or a minimum of 1 year in a Store Manager role
- College degree an asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays; must work at least 45 hours per week
- Valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle
- Ability to manage a team, coach performance, and develop staffing plans
