Store Manager

Manage recruiting, hiring, and training of team members while building a positive, accountable culture and resolving concerns. Lead by example to deliver excellent guest service, maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety. Drive sales through local marketing efforts and control labor, food costs, and cash handling to improve business results. Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering while forecasting staffing and business needs. Complete basic reporting and administrative tasks. This role requires a 5.5-day work week including Sundays, with growth opportunities within one year as the portfolio expands. Candidates must have QSR management experience and a high school diploma.
