Job Summary
Manage recruiting, hiring, and training of team members while building a positive, accountable culture. Lead daily operations by maintaining brand standards, food safety, and cleanliness, ensuring proper staffing for peak lunch and dinner hours. Drive sales through local marketing efforts and control labor, food costs, and cash handling to improve financial results. Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering, and basic reporting tasks. This role requires a 5.5-day work week including Sundays and involves relocating to support a growing QSR portfolio with performance-based bonuses and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a QSR or restaurant
- Must be available for a 5.5 day work week
- Must be available for Sundays
- Must be able to work during peak hours (lunch & dinner)
- Must be willing to relocate
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Reliable transportation
