Job Summary
Manage recruiting, hiring, and training of team members while building a positive, accountable culture. Lead by example to deliver excellent guest service, maintain brand standards, and ensure proper staffing for smooth shift operations. Drive sales through local marketing efforts, control labor and food costs, and review performance to improve results. Handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, ordering, and basic reporting tasks. Work a 5.5-day week including Sundays during peak lunch and dinner hours. Candidates must have QSR management experience; relocation is considered.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing a QSR or restaurant
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- This position entails a 5.5 day work week
- Sundays being required
