Job Summary
Oversee a single Papa Murphy's store by managing profitability, P&L, human resources, and marketing while ensuring operational efficiency and sanitary standards. Conduct daily inspections of prep areas and equipment, prepare reports tracking food cost, waste, and sales, and construct prep charts for product preparation. Assist at front-of-house stations making pizzas within 5-minute assembly times, monitor inventory, and verify vendor deliveries. Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate team members, prepare weekly schedules, and resolve guest concerns to maintain satisfaction. Reconcile promotion coupons, monitor cash procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Work 45-48 hours per week in full uniform, maintaining a professional image and communicating daily store status to the owner or Area Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- At least High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-5 Years previous supervisory and QSR management experience
- Must be able to pass criminal background and credit history check
- Requires utmost integrity, honesty, and strong leadership
- Requires excellent customer service skills and ability to handle various customer complaints with ease
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and POS
- Requires basic reading and math skills, including weights and measurements
- Must be able to stand on a hard surface for long periods of time
- Able to regularly lift and/or move 25-30 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Must effectively manage people
- Requires good written and oral communication skills
- Requires basic math skills, along with knowledge of store financials, P & L's, break-even analysis, food cost analysis, labor cost analysis and other financial information relative to store operations
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Requires flexibility to cover shifts in the event of absent employees
- Able to maintain safe standards for front and back of house
- 18+ years old
