Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team while managing human resources, financial operations, and all restaurant industry tasks. Oversee daily store functions including scheduling shifts, with Tuesdays and Fridays as mandatory days. Ensure compliance with background checks, valid driver's license requirements, and minimum age of 21. Maintain operational standards across all areas of the restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work various shifts per week
- Tuesdays and Fridays are a MUST
- Must have 2 or more years experience in the customer service / restaurant industry
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the United States and of legal working age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Background check required
- Valid Driver's License
