Job Summary
Store Manager at Fresh Take LLC (franchisee of Papa Murphy’s). Responsible for HR, finances, and all operational tasks of the restaurant; lead and motivate a team; manage shifts and schedules (40-45 hours/week); hourly pay with compensation ranges from $50,000–$60,000 based on experience. Requires 2+ years in customer service/restaurant industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, US work authorization, and reliable transportation. Also requires driving and a valid driver's license with a minimum age of 21+. Tuesdays and Fridays are a must. Variety of shifts and negotiable hourly rate based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have 2 or more years experience in the customer service / restaurant industry
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be authorized to work in the United States and of legal working age.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Driving, Valid Driver's License, Minimum Age of 21+ years old
