Job Summary
Oversee store profitability and operations by managing P&L, human resources, and marketing while minimizing waste and ensuring sanitary standards in prep areas and kitchens. Conduct daily product prep, supervise dough production, and monitor inventory to submit vendor orders within guidelines. Assist at the front of house by making pizzas, maintaining assembly times under five minutes, and resolving guest concerns professionally. Recruit, train, and evaluate team members while preparing weekly schedules and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Monitor cash procedures, reconcile promotion coupons, and project sales trends to adjust production levels. Work 45-48 hours per week in full uniform, adhering to all store and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- At least High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-5 Years previous supervisory and QSR management experience
- Must be able to pass criminal background and credit history check
- Requires utmost integrity, honesty, and strong leadership
- Requires excellent customer service skills and ability to handle various customer complaints with ease
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and POS
- Requires basic reading and math skills, including weights and measurements
- Must be able to stand on a hard surface for long periods of time
- Able to regularly lift and/or move 25-30 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Must effectively manage people
- Requires good written and oral communication skills
- Requires basic math skills, along with knowledge of store financials, P & L's, break-even analysis, food cost analysis, labor cost analysis and other financial information relative to store operations
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Requires flexibility to cover shifts in the event of absent employees
- Able to maintain safe standards for front and back of house
- Minimum Age 18+ years old
