Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading and motivating a team within a restaurant, overseeing human resources, financials, and all operational tasks. This full-time role requires 40-45 hours per week. The position entails managing scheduling and shift coverage, with Tuesdays and Fridays designated as mandatory. Must have 2+ years of experience in customer service/restaurant, a high school diploma or equivalent, be authorized to work in the United States, and have reliable transportation. A background check is required, and a valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21+ are needed. The role is with Fresh Take LLC, a franchisee of Papa Murphy’s, and compensation is hourly with pay reflecting experience; the franchisee will be the sole employer.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in the customer service / restaurant industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the United States and of legal working age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Background check required
- Driving, Valid Driver's License, Minimum Age of 21+ years old
- Must be able to work various shifts per week; Tuesdays and Fridays are a MUST
