Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading a team and overseeing HR, financials, and all operational tasks in a restaurant setting. Focus on team motivation, scheduling, and day-to-day restaurant operations. Requires 2+ years of customer service/restaurant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, authorization to work in the United States, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Must be able to work varied shifts (Tuesdays and Fridays are a MUST) and be available for 40-45 hours per week; hourly compensation negotiable based on experience. Driving or a valid driver’s license is required; minimum age 21+ years. Open to candidates in Lakewood, CO.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in the customer service / restaurant industry
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the United States and of legal working age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Background check required
