Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading daily salon operations at Enid, OK. Drive sales for premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services; manage staff hiring, development, and retention; maintain a clean, welcoming salon environment; provide professional, upbeat customer service; and train team members to meet or exceed sales goals. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Proven customer experience
- One or more years of management and leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals individually and as a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
