Job Summary
Store Manager to lead day-to-day salon operations, including labor control, staff hiring, development and retention; drive sales to meet quotas in a commission-driven skincare/salon environment; provide exceptional customer service, build loyal customer relationships, and promote local store marketing. Responsibilities also include cash handling, opening/closing, daily administrative tasks, billing reconciliation, maintaining a clean salon, and ensuring staff performance through training and development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Proven customer service experience
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
