Job Summary
Store Manager role overseeing store staff, interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, physical stamina to stand and lift 25 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
