Job Summary
Manage Palm Beach Tan store operations and staff at the Alexandria, VA location. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees; creating a positive environment for employees and customers; meeting self-performance metrics and helping staff reach their metrics; analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales; ensuring banking, safety, operations and legal requirements; controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance); assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean and organized; providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues.
