Job Summary
Store Manager position overseeing daily store operations with a focus on staff interviewing, hiring, and development; delivering exceptional customer service; maximizing sales through analysis of daily performance metrics; ensuring compliance with banking, safety, and operational standards; controlling expenses related to labor, inventory, and maintenance; assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; and training and motivating the team to meet performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent
