Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for supervising salon operations and delivering professional, upbeat customer service for premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services. Lead the team to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment, and manage day-to-day operations including labor, hiring, development, and retention. Drive training and leadership development to promote from within while ensuring high-quality service and a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Required Qualifications

- Proven customer experience
- One or more years of management and leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation
