Job Summary
Provide professional, upbeat customer service and consult clients on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals individually and as a team. Maintain a clean, organized salon environment and complete all daily business tasks. Manage day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention. Requires a high school diploma, proven customer experience, and one or more years of management and leadership experience. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is essential.
