Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for hiring and developing staff, maintaining a positive environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics and helping develop employees to meet their metrics, analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales, meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, and maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked and organized, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience; must be able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 pounds; includes a required 5-week manager-training course and starting pay of $18.00/hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively motivate others
